Job Description

Gold Coast Health is seeking an Advanced Carer Peer Worker (Identified Lived Experience - Older Persons Mental Health Community) to join the Older Persons Mental Health Community Team on the Gold Coast. You will provide direct carer peer support, engage in individual and group activities, and promote recovery-oriented care with families and carers.
