We welcome applications from qualified Dispensersand those with no pharmacy experiencewho are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.

Location: Northampton Hub - (Online Pharmacy - Non Customer facing role)

n

Hours: 9hours per week – Saturdays OR Sundays (1 day per week)

n

Salary: £15.15 per hour for Dispensers / Up to £13.95 per hour for Trainee pharmacy assistants

n

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
n
- Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
n
- Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
n
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
n
- Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) ORa keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
n
- No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
n
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to work well in a team or independently
n
- Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
n
