Site Supervisor Required | Commercial Joinery | Projects Sydney‐Wide | Full-Time & Permanent | $100K - $120K + Super

The Opportunity

n

An established commercial and architectural joinery business is growing its Sydney operation and is looking for a hands‐on Site Supervisor / Working Supervisor to join the team.

n

This role is ideal for an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman, Senior Cabinetmaker or Joiner who wants to lead from the front and stay on the tools.

n

You'll supervise a small team of up to two tradespeople while working alongside them across a variety of premium commercial joinery projects throughout Sydney.

n

The Role

n

You'll take ownership of the site installation and be responsible for:

n

n
- Supervising and coordinating up to 2 tradespeople
n
- Working hands‐on with your team on the tools
n
- Installing and assembling commercial and architectural joinery
n
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
n
- Coordinating daily site activities and installation sequencing
n
- Liaising with builders, site managers and other trades
n
- Setting out, measuring and checking work
n
- Resolving issues and keeping projects on schedule
n
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements
n
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
n
- Taking ownership of projects through to completion
n

About You

n

You'll have a strong trade background and the confidence to lead a small team.

n





You may currently be a: Site Supervisor / Working Supervisor / Site Foreman / Working Foreman / Leading Hand / Senior Cabinetmaker / Senior Joiner . Commercial Joiner / Shopfitting Foreman.

Ideally, You'll Have

n

n
- Strong commercial or architectural joinery experience
n
- Proven on‐site installation experience
n
- A cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or similar trade background
n
- The ability to read and interpret shop drawings
n
- Experience leading or coordinating other trades
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality
n
- A practical, hands‐on approach to problem solving
n
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
n
