Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare scopes of work and estimates for insurance repair projects
n
- Conduct site assessments and review damage reports
n
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and project schedules
n
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget and timeframe targets are met
n
- Liaise with insurers, clients and key stakeholders throughout the repair process
n
- Monitor variations, documentation and project outcomes
n

About You

n

- Qualified Carpenter with residential building experience
n
- QBCC Supervisor Licence or willingness to obtain
n
- Experience in insurance repairs, estimating or site supervision preferred
n
- Strong understanding of construction methods and repair scopes
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Driven, professional and committed to delivering quality outcomes
n
