TwentyOne Collective is looking for talented Interior Designers / 3D Visualisers / Draftspersons to collaborate with us on residential projects on a project-by-project basis.

We’re looking for someone who can take a design brief and turn it into something that is beautiful, functional, properly documented and actually buildable.

You’ll be working across:

- Interior design & space planning
- Kitchens, bathrooms & joinery
- 2D plans & elevations
- Detailed joinery documentation
- Materials & finishes
- 3D modelling
- Photorealistic renders
- Client presentation documentation

You might be our person if you:

- Have a strong eye for interiors and detailing
- Know your way around SketchUp + CAD
- Can produce both beautiful renders AND accurate drawings
- Understand that a 10mm discrepancy is, in fact, a discrepancy ?




- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Have a strong residential portfolio

One important thing...

We’re not looking for AI-generated interiors.

We want someone who can actually design, model, document and render.

AI can help you work smarter — we're all for that — but it shouldn't be the person doing the job. ?
