What You Can Expect

Zimmer Biomet is excited to announce that our Summer Internship Program is back for 2026/27. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology field, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that directly impact patient care and customer experience.

? Location: Belrose, NSW

? Tentative Program Dates: 30 November 2026 – 5 March 2027 (12 working weeks)

? Remuneration: Paid internship

How You'll Create Impact

You will primarily contribute to an AI-based project to support process improvements around reporting, document control, data management and regulatory support activities across the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (RA/QA) function, adding value to the internal RA/QA team and the broader business. As part of the project, you will:

- Develop an understanding of RA/QA processes.
- Gain exposure to, and practical experience in,



supporting compliance-related activities within the medical device industry.

- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural problem-solving approach and curiosity to dig deep into challenges.
- Self-drive and accountability to meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools and data analytics tools, such as Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel is highly desirable, as well as exposure to the medical device or healthcare industry.

Your Background

This internship is designed with university students and early-career applicants in mind. It is a chance to put your knowledge into practice, learn how a global medical device company operates and contribute to work that makes a genuine difference to patient outcomes. You will be given a project of your own, with transparent objectives and a manager to guide you through it. We welcome applications from students who have recently completed, or are entering the final year of, a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, science, business, data analytics, or a related field.
