We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Technical Sales Representative to join our Western Australia operations. This role is a key link between customers, internal teams, and technical specialists, providing high quality support across product enquiries, technical information, part numbers, stock availability, order progress, and delivery requirements.

The successful candidate will help deliver premier customer service, support sales growth, identify cross sell opportunities, and work collaboratively across departments to resolve customer needs efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid customer service skills, technical aptitude, and a desire to develop within Parker’s WA operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming sales and customer enquiries across multiple channels.

- Support the application and sale of Parker products, including identifying cross-sell and conversion opportunities.

- Assist remote operations with technical queries, part numbers, and stock availability.

- Provide friendly, professional, and solutions-focused support to customers.

- Manage customer expedite requests and proactively communicate updates.





- Assist with internal planning for the hose assembly and tube cell facility.

- Create and maintain part numbers in JDE and eCat.

- Develop product knowledge to provide sound advice, alternatives, and practical solutions.

- Work collaboratively across departments to manage supply issues and improve customer outcomes.

- Monitor expedite reports and escalate potential missed delivery commitments.

- Maintain outbound follow-up with assigned accounts to resolve concerns and close enquiries.

- Support DIFOT performance by communicating delivery adjustments and product delays to administration teams.

- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

About You

You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and internal teams to solve problems. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Higher School Certificate required.

- University or TAFE qualification preferred.

- Mechanical or Fluid Power qualifications highly regarded.

- 3 – 4 years’ experience in a customer service role.

- 3 – 4 years’ industry experience preferred.





- Intermediate knowledge of JDE.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

- Understanding of customer service techniques, procedures, and processes.

- Strong time management skills.

- Proven leadership or management capability advantageous.

- Detailed product knowledge or willingness to develop technical product expertise.
