Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

- Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions.

- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.

- Follow up sales leads and customer enquiries.

- Support schools, government departments, businesses, and retail customers.

- Assist customers with order tracking and after-sales support.

- Work closely with our stores and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information within company systems.

- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and business growth objectives.

About You

- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, retail sales, or account management.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent phone manner and qualified presentation.





- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience or interest in DJ equipment, Audio, Lighting, Music, Events, or entertainment technology is highly regarded but not essential.
