About the Role

Working from our Albion store, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining relationships with our builders, plumbers, trades and other key customers.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, plumbers and trade customers
- Managing and growing an existing customer base
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing new business
- Providing product advice and solutions to customers
- Preparing quotes and following up on sales opportunities
- Working closely with the Albion store team to ensure customers receive excellent service
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Keeping up to date with products, industry trends and supplier offerings
- Assisting customers with their plumbing, bathroom and building product requirements
- Representing K&R; Plumbing Supplies professionally within the building and plumbing industry
