About the role

You will take ownership of student recruitment activity across the Philippines while progressively developing markets such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. Working from NTA's Burwood campus, you will develop agent partnerships, generate qualified leads, represent NTA at recruitment events and help prospective students understand our courses and admission requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for the Philippines and Southeast Asia
- Identify, appoint and manage high-quality education agents
- Build robust relationships with agents, students and industry partners
- Generate qualified student enquiries and convert them into applications and enrolments
- Conduct agent presentations, information sessions and online webinars
- Coordinate digital and social-media campaigns for target markets
- Develop market-appropriate promotional content
- Monitor agent performance, lead conversion and enrolment results
- Maintain accurate records in NTA's CRM and provide regular performance reports
- Represent NTA at education fairs, agent events and industry activities

About you

- Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, education marketing or business development
- Strong knowledge of the Philippines international education market




- Established relationships with reputable education agents in the Philippines
- Experience recruiting students for an Australian RTO, CRICOS provider, university, college or education agency
- A proven record of achieving student recruitment or sales targets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong presentation, relationship-management and negotiation skills
- Experience using digital marketing, social media and CRM systems
- Current Australian working rights
- The ability to work from NTA's Burwood campus
