We are currently seeking an experienced Intune Specialist to join a South Australian Government department on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering modern endpoint management capabilities across a large and complex environment.

About the Role

As the Intune Specialist , you will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions , supporting the organisation’s transition to modern device management. You’ll work closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly endpoint management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Intune
- Design and deploy device management, compliance, and security policies
- Support migration from traditional device management (e.g. SCCM/Group Policy) to modern workplace solutions
- Configure Autopilot, MDM/MAM,



and application deployment strategies
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for ongoing support

About You
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security policies
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Autopilot
- Background working in complex or regulated environments (government experience highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
