This is a high-exposure environment where Analysts are given meaningful responsibility early and work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Role

As an Analyst, you will be an integral member of deal teams across both transaction execution and new business activity.

Key responsibilities will include

- Supporting the execution of M&A;, capital markets and strategic advisory transactions
- Building detailed financial models and undertaking valuation, transaction and scenario analysis
- Conducting company, industry and market analysis
- Preparing DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
- Assisting with transaction structuring and the evaluation of strategic alternatives
- Preparing high-quality client presentations, pitch materials and transaction documentation
- Supporting and coordinating due diligence processes
- Working directly with senior bankers, clients, advisers and transaction counterparties




- Supporting senior team members on origination and new business opportunities
- Developing a robust understanding of clients, sectors and broader market dynamics

About You

We are looking for a highly intelligent, driven and commercially minded individual with a genuine interest in investment banking and transactions.

You will ideally bring

- 1–3 years’ relevant experience within investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services or a similarly analytical environment
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- A strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance and financial statements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Commercial curiosity and sound judgement
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership
