A key part of Develop's business is the development and production of future facing metals. Develop has successfully achieved commercial production at its Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Project in NSW, achieving and exceeding steady-state throughput rates, while rapidly advancing the Yitirrti (Sulphur Springs) Zinc-Copper Project in WA. In parallel, the Company is progressing its Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA towards production.
The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:
- OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, Develop have an exciting prospect for an Investor Relations Advisor working closely with the CFO and GM Business Development to build and lead the investor relations function from the ground up, and be the company's key interface with the market.
This is a high-visibility role with direct executive exposure, strong scope to shape strategy and market positioning, and long-term C-suite development potential in a fast-moving, founder-led business situated in our Corporate Head Office in West Leederville, Perth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy and framework
- Own investor relations function, communications, marketing, social media, website and brand
- Draft and manage investor and disclosure materials: results, market updates, investor presentations, shareholder letters, Q&A; briefs, factsheets and annual reporting content
- Support the MD/CFO in sharpening the equity story and investor messaging
- Manage sell-side, institutional investor and capital markets adviser engagement
- First point of contact for all investor and shareholder enquiries
- Plan and run the IR events calendar
- Build and maintain independent relationships across brokers, fund managers and financial media
About you:
- 5–10 years in equity research, investment banking, corporate finance or investor relations (sell-side analysts and IB associates strongly preferred)
- Excellent writing skills
- Working knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure and listed-company reporting (or ability to acquire quickly)
- Comfortable operating at pace in a high-cadence environment
- Desirable: ASX resources/mining fluency; existing broker and fund manager relationships; IPO or major capital raise experience; active LinkedIn presence.
