Broadacre Contracting is an agricultural-based business.
We're industry-focused, not business service-focused. We are a positive, honest team doing big things in agriculture.
Based in regional Australia. We film, photograph, and tell the stories of contractors, growers, and ag businesses across rural and remote Australia.

We create social media content, client campaigns, and our own series (Talking Gear Tuesday) that follows real contractors, Australian growers and manufacturers doing the work across the country.

About the role

This is a starter leadership role at the intersection of agriculture, content strategy, and brand building. You won't just be behind a camera, you'll be the person driving the plan, coordinating the team, and shaping the creative direction for our clients and our own brand across rural and regional Australia.

Key responsibilities
Own production from strategy through to delivery, including building shoot plans and setting creative direction.
Delegate across the team so every project is proactive,



not reactive.
Orchestrate the best outcome by focusing on coordination rather than building every asset yourself.
Develop content direction for client campaigns and Broadacre's own story.
Translate service offering into compelling, purposeful content for internal and client audiences.
Coordinate across the team to ensure everyone is working toward the same goals.
Ensure the right people are doing the right things at the right time to keep projects optimised.
Maintain clear communication between leadership, the team, and clients.

On-site filming where applicable.

About you
Have a genuine passion for Australian agriculture & the people in the sector.
Strong understanding of camera work and production equipment, knowing what's needed for different angles, outcomes, and platforms.
Commercial awareness paired with creative vision.
Excellent communication and social awareness to read a room, a client, and a culture.

Highly organised, able to mobilise at short notice during peak seasons.

Be comfortable in remote Australia: harvest dust, dongas, workers camps, and long drives are part of the deal.

A strategic thinker who tells the team what's needed and holds the standard.
