Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, major commercial, government, and high‑rise projects, who can drive results in rapid‑paced, high‑impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee projects within healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high‑rise, and large commercial developments
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety




- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications

- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Proven experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high‑rise, or large commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Design-build project experience
