The Role An opportunity has become available for an Occupational Therapist - Advanced (Plastics, Vascular, Lymphoedema, Cancer and Haematology) (PVLCH) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern Current South Wales region of Australia.
You will Provide advanced clinical expertise and skill in delivering specialised clinical assessments, treatments and and coordinate PVLCH occupational therapy services. Provide independent clinical services of a highly complex and varied nature Provide operational management to senior occupational therapists within PVLCHAbout you To be successful in this position you will require: Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required Driver Licence Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)Benefits Flexible work options Career Development Salary Packaging Modern Facilities Diverse Work Culture Research Opportunities12.75% super17.5% leave loading Salary Temporary part-time Base salary ranging from $73.12 - $76.30 per hour About UsOccupational Therapy promotes health and well-being through occupation.
