About company/role:

- Join a global provider of water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions that helps businesses improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across their operations
- Seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Manager to join the VIC team
- Entry level role - full training provided. Must have prior experience working within fast food and/or hospitality
- Casual fulltime contract with strong potential to go permanent

Duties/responsibilities:

- Manage and grow an assigned territory, working both independently and as part of a team
- Provide cleaning and sanitation solutions tailored to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through reliable, personalised service
- Deliver product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Install and maintain equipment at client sites
- Conduct training for client teams on product use and sanitation standards
- Support sales activities and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the District Manager and broader team to achieve performance goals
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction across all accounts

Skills/experience required:

- Must have prior experience working within fast food restaurants, hospitality or similar
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with all ages and staffing levels
- Hands-on experience with basic hand tools




- Ability to work autonomously with clear customer focused orientation
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to travel across sites in VIC - must have full drivers' license
