About the Role
Smith & Co is seeking experienced Civil Labourers for a range of active and upcoming projects throughout Brisbane. We are working with established Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors that require reliable workers to join their crews immediately.
The available positions cover subdivisions, road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks and major infrastructure projects. We're interested in hearing from Civil Labourers with a variety of backgrounds, including pit & pipe, spotting, trenching, drainage and general civil construction experience.
With multiple contractors and project locations available, we can look at opportunities that best suit your previous experience and preferred area of Brisbane.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience working within civil construction
- Background in subdivisions, roadworks or infrastructure highly regarded
- Pit & pipe, drainage or underground services experience advantageous
- Current Construction White Card
- RII plant tickets are highly regarded but not essential
- Confident working safely around Excavators and other mobile machinery
- Physically capable of completing manual and outdoor construction duties
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to different Brisbane projects
- Robust work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
- Available to commence immediately or within a short timeframe
