We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to join our team and oversee projects across both the residential and commercial sectors throughout Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled construction professional who understands what it takes to run a site efficiently, maintain high standards of workmanship, and lead a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget.

The Role

As our Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of construction sites, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, trades and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Leading and managing trades, subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
- Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics
- Monitoring quality, progress and workmanship
- Maintaining a solid focus on WHS and site safety
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Liaising with project managers, clients, consultants and contractors
- Maintaining site records, documentation and daily reports
- Ensuring the site is clean, organised and professionally managed
- Helping coordinate multiple stages of construction from start to completion

About You





We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in both residential and commercial construction.

You will ideally have:

- Strong experience across residential and commercial/mixed-use projects
- A solid understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors
- Excellent knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Strong knowledge of WHS requirements
- A current White Card
- Relevant construction qualifications/trade background
- Full Australian working rights
- A current NSW driver's licence
