As they continue to grow, they are looking for their next Customer Experience Specialist to join the team. This role is integral to the DEJ's brand. It is the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, delivering outstanding customer service to everyone who walks through their doors.

This position is more than a showroom role, as the position title suggests, it is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for all customers that interact with DEJ's.

The role:

- Take complete ownership of the presentation and organisation of the showroom, ensuring that it showcases DEJ's diverse product range by creating eye catching displays, and knowing what product sells best and where
- Ensure all products are well stocked, accurately priced and presented
- Assist with internal sales and customer service by answer incoming phone calls and assisting customers with product enquiries and processing customer orders
- Manage shared customer service email inbox, responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and providing regular updates
- Management of online orders, including processing, following up expected timelines and follow up
- Support of the greater Sales Team, by identifying and capturing accurate customer information and passing on qualified leads from your customers





To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes immense pride in providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong administrative foundation and gets real satisfaction and enjoyment from talking and dealing with customers every day. We require someone who is comfortable thinking on their feet, and a thirst for knowledge to build a strong product base of the products DEJ's offers.

- Exceptional customer service, building relationships and getting to know clients
- A solid administration background
- Internal, retail or showroom sales
- An eye for detail and accuracy, presentation and merchandising are a large component of this role
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
