About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our program delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of modular building projects across the education sector.
Working within a dynamic, fast-paced program environment, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule outcomes are achieved while exceeding client expectations.

About the role
Reporting to the Program Team Leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from contract award through to practical completion and handover. You will engage with clients and stakeholders, oversee design and construction activities, and drive project performance across all delivery phases. Working within a dynamic, fast-paced program environment, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule outcomes are achieved while exceeding client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle delivery of modular building projects
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks
- Coordinate internal delivery teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site construction
- Manage contractor, consultant, and supplier performance
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative, safety, and quality requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, schools, consultants,
and key stakeholders
- Lead project meetings
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
About you
- Demonstrated experience managing construction or infrastructure projects valued from $500,000 to $5M+
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and controls
- Experience managing multiple projects within a structured program environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight delivery timeframes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Experience delivering education sector projects (desirable)
- Experience in modular, prefabricated, or off-site construction environments (desirable)
