About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position based in Beresfield, NSW 2322.
As the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers, you will represent our business in a qualified and friendly manner. While prior experience is not essential, previous administration or customer service experience will be highly regarded.

Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Key responsibilities

- Greeting customers face to face, answering incoming phone calls and responding to email enquiries

- Processing new and completed orders

- Assisting with quotes

- Outsourcing and ordering products through our suppliers

- Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions from our comprehensive range of products and services

- Performing general administrative tasks including invoicing, filing and scanning

- Assisting with our social media and online presence

- Coordinating with our tradesmen to ensure orders are progressing on schedule

About you

- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

- Strong organisational,



time management skills and high attention to detail

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies

- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick paced environment

- Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
