Your Day at Lutanda Manor

Set amongst tranquil gardens in Sydney's Hills District, Lutanda Manor offers a friendly and connected community for independent seniors.

We're currently seeking a Food Services Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll help create a positive dining experience for residents while supporting the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining services.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Assisting with food preparation and meal presentation

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with food safety standards

- Preparing and setting up the dining area and serving lunch and dinner meals to residents

- Responding to resident enquiries in a courteous and timely manner

- Cleaning and washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils

- Providing support to kitchen staff and assisting with general kitchen duties as required

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about customer service and enjoy building genuine connections with people.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous hospitality, food service or customer-facing experience

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- The ability to multitask and work independently

- A skilled presentation and reliable work ethic

- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
