About the Role You'll manage a portfolio of NSW workers' compensation clients, primarily supporting individuals recovering from physical injuries to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your role will include:

- Managing a 20–25 file caseload
- Completing rehabilitation and workplace assessments
- Developing Recover at Work Plans
- Coordinating rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies
- Attending Medical Case Conferences
- Working closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, GPs and treatment providers
- Identifying barriers early and implementing practical solutions
- Managing icare requirements, timeframes and billing independently
- Building strong relationships across the NSW workers' compensation market

What You Will Need

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant professional registration or accreditation
