Join Stockland Halcyon at Halcyon Providence as a full-time permanent Labourer.

This hands-on role supports our Residential Construction team to deliver safe, high-quality communities. Working on site every day, you'll help maintain presentation standards, support site operations, and contribute to a positive experience for home buyers, subcontractors and internal teams.

We're Looking For…
A reliable, safety focused Labourer who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised construction site. Working closely with the Site Supervisor and construction team, you'll play a key role in supporting day to day site operations and ensuring sites remain safe, presentable and ready for construction activities.

What You'll Do

- Carry out general labouring duties including site cleaning, road clearance, rubbish removal and material management.
- Prepare and clean construction sites and completed homes to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Receive supplier deliveries and assist with the movement of materials and equipment across site.
- Support general site operations and assist with off site tasks when required.
- Complete scheduled office cleans and help maintain a tidy, professional work environment.
- Follow WHS legislation, site requirements and Stockland policies to support a strong safety culture.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Experience working within a residential or commercial construction environment is highly regarded.
- Understanding of site safety requirements and safe work practices.
- Ability to use a range of basic hand tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and home buyers.
