Your recent role - Operations Compliance Supervisor
Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and building a strong culture? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can influence operational excellence across a growing national transport business? If so,we are looking for an experienced Operations Compliance Supervisor to join our team.

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Hybrid role based out of Yarraville, working across all CSR sites.
- Will be required to backfill operations roles for leave coverage etc.
- Oversee site risk assessments
- Develop training material
- Train drivers on load restraint and other key CoR tasks.
- Assist with onboarding trucks under PBS accreditation.
- Driver compliance onboarding.
- Audit and manage drivers runsheets, pre starts, insurances etc.

Shift : Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm





What you will need to succeed

- Operations Compliance Supervisor experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientated
- Solutions focused with the view towards continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
