About the Role

We are seeking an honest, enthusiastic sales representative to join our Gold Coast Team, who:

- has experience within the Solar industry

- enjoys building genuine rapport with our customers

- has the ability to close deals without pressure tactics

- understands that what you sell must actually be installable

- takes pride in doing things properly, ensuring that what you sell is the best option for the customer and that all relevant information is effectively relayed to the office and installation team

- Represents the First Choice Solar brand with honesty and integrity

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home visits with qualified leads (no cold calling).





- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar/battery solutions.

- Manage the sales process from inquiry to installation handover.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress.

- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Design and quote systems that suit the customers requirements.

- Ensure questions and enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.

- Fulfill sales target requirements.
