THE ROLE - Warehouse & Distribution Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is self-motivated and team-oriented to join an amazing warehouse team in Richlands QLD.

As Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

- Undertaking high level warehouse duties and responsibility to maintaining an organised and clean work area
- Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods including quality assurance
- Manage and maintain competing orders with capable time and task management
- Loading and unloading of trucks in a secure and compliant manner
- General assembly of racking and shelving installation as required
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct
- Collaborate with team members while managing individual tasks effectively
- Identify issues and implement practical solutions to improve outcomes




- Build skills and knowledge to support personal growth and team performance

Shift : Monday to Friday

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Minimum of 3+ years warehouse experience is essential;
- Experience in the industry
- Current Forklift licence
- Exceptional customer service
- Enthusiastic and proactive to work with limited supervision
- Great written & oral communication skills
- Basic assembly skills for racking and shelving installation
- Good time management and planning capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to supervise workers
