About the Role

As the Brand Programs and Initiatives Lead, you will play a key role in driving the adoption, implementation and ongoing evolution of the Flinders brand across the University. Working within the Brand Strategy and Experience team and reporting to the Associate Director, Brand Strategy and Experience, you will lead strategic brand programs that strengthen consistency, build capability and help embed our brand across every touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while working in a supportive team culture.

You will also be responsible for:

- Leading the delivery of strategic brand programs and institutional initiatives.
- Providing trusted brand advice and support to stakeholders across the University.
- Coordinating brand assets, frameworks and toolkits to drive consistency.
- Managing multiple projects and competing priorities to meet key deadlines.

This position makes a significant contribution to the University's strategic plan to "Changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters", by 2035 through the successful coordination and delivery of strategic brand programs that advance the University's priorities and elevate the Flinders brand. The role demonstrates Agility, Stronger Together and Here for Good through collaborative stakeholder partnerships, responsive project delivery and the promotion of the University's impact and purpose.

About You

You are an organised and adaptable marketing or communications professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, you thrive on balancing multiple priorities, navigating complexity and driving projects forward.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience delivering brand, marketing or communications projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will also hold a relevant degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.

- A current completed Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Gender Based Violence Declaration which is satisfactory to the University. - Well-developed to high-level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement in the delivery of complex projects and initiatives.
