? THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL ADMIN ROLE.

Our Treatment Plan Coordinators play a critical role in taking patients from consultation through to treatment completion, working closely with our dentists, clinical teams, laboratories and external providers.

You’ll be at the centre of some of our most complex and rewarding cases, including:

Full Mouth Rehabilitations
Dental Implants
All-on-X Implant Cases
IV Sedation Cases
Orthodontic & Invisalign Treatment
Crowns, Veneers & Restorative Dentistry
Complex multi-stage treatment plans

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You’ll become the key point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey — making sure they understand their treatment, feel supported and know exactly what happens next.

Your role will include:

• Presenting treatment plans with confidence, empathy and clarity
• Coordinating complex treatment and surgical cases
• Managing IV sedation workflows and pre-operative requirements
• Coordinating implant, All-on-X, orthodontic and restorative cases
• Liaising with dentists, specialists,



sedation providers and multiple dental laboratories
• Managing treatment scheduling across surgical and restorative phases
• Discussing financial consent, payment options and treatment investment
• Assisting with superannuation early release applications
• Maintaining accurate patient records and case tracking
• Following up outstanding treatment, approvals, payments and documentation
• Monitoring case timelines and identifying delays
• Tracking treatment plan acceptance and revenue KPIs
• Preparing Excel/Google Sheets reports and working closely with the Practice Manager

⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Dental experience is essential.

We’re looking for someone who understands the dental environment and can confidently speak with patients and clinicians about treatment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience within a dental practice
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
A warm, empathetic and confident approach
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets
Strong follow-up skills and a results-focused mindset
Professionalism and a high level of confidentiality




The ability to work autonomously and take ownership
