As Leading Hand Service Technician, you’ll be the key link between the Service Manager and the technicians in the field. You’ll help keep the team organised, prepared and moving while working right alongside them.
If you’re an experienced trade or technical professional who wants more responsibility but still loves being on the tools, this could be a great next move.

The Role
Based in Scoresby, you’ll work alongside the team on air filtration maintenance and filter replacement jobs while helping coordinate the day-to-day workload.
You’ll make sure technicians have the stock, tools and information they need before heading to site, provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot problems when they arise. You’ll also work closely with the Service Manager to help organise jobs and priorities and keep things moving when plans change.
Most work is across Melbourne metro,



with occasional regional jobs involving overnight stays of approximately 1–3 nights.

Ideal Candidate
You’ll come from a trade or technical service environment and be comfortable working with tools and equipment. Previous Leading Hand, leadership or 2IC experience would be great, but this could also suit someone who’s ready to take that next step.

HVAC or air systems knowledge is highly regarded, and plumbing experience will also be considered.
Just as importantly, you’ll be a practical problem-solver who can organise people, jobs, stock and priorities. You communicate well, make decisions when needed and enjoy being part of the team.
You’re not interested in leading from the sidelines — you lead from the front.
