We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who holds, or is actively studying towards, a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and is looking to build a meaningful career in the sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting children's learning through play-based experiences

- Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families

- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

- Assisting with daily routines and centre operations

- Supporting the implementation of educational programs and documentation

About You:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or are actively studying towards one

- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing

- Are reliable, professional, and committed to being an active member of the team

- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Show initiative and are willing to contribute wherever needed

- Understand the importance of maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming learning workplace





- Are eager to learn and continue developing your professional skills
