About the role

Reporting directly to the ownership group, the Group General Manager will lead day-to-day operational performance across the business, including people and operations, administration, compliance, marketing operations, property management, leasing and trust accounting. Property Management will be managed as a core business unit in its own right, with a clear focus on leadership, commercial discipline and premium service delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be close to the detail while also building capability, structure and consistency across a growing team.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and continuously improve the operational and support platform across the business, ensuring productive, consistent and high-quality delivery.

- Oversee financial and commercial performance, including budgets, costs, resourcing and supplier arrangements.

- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performance culture.

About you

- Direct experience within the real estate industry is required, ideally within luxury or premium residential real estate.

- Candidates from professional services backgrounds will also be considered, provided they bring genuine,



demonstrable knowledge and exposure to the real estate industry alongside their professional services experience. Experience limited to property development or construction is not considered a fit for this role.

- Demonstrated experience operating within a business where multiple equity holders or partners are directly and actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision-making, and where relationships, reputation and judgement are central to performance.
