The Position

We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Victorian General Manager, this is a full-time position offering great career development and support.

Whether you’re currently in Owners Corporation, Property Management, or Facilities Management, if you have a passion for property and building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

In this roll you will manage a portfolio of schemes with a dedicated experienced Assistant Owners Corporation Manager who assist you into the position where you will be responsible for:

- Attending meetings and preparing minutes

- Building strong relationships with Committees

- Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to clients

- Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial reports (training provided)

- Managing correspondence and resolving client queries

- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements

We support all our people with full industry specific training delivered through our Chief Learning and Development Officer. This training is ongoing and on-tap when you need it.

About You





You're someone who thrives in a client-focused role and enjoys working in a team-oriented, professional environment. You’re proactive, confident, and ready to grow with an organisation that supports your development.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Prior experience in Owners Corporation Management or a related property field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational, time management, and negotiation abilities

- A commitment to delivering high-quality client service

- Competence with (or the ability to learn) StrataMax and Microsoft Office Suite
