Impact of the Opportunity
Working closely with the Fundraising & Philanthropy Lead, this brand-new role will support the coordination and delivery of activity across community fundraising, individual giving, donor stewardship, appeals, digital campaigns, partnerships, and supporter engagement.
You’ll play a key role in keeping fundraising activity running smoothly,
from coordinating campaigns and communications to maintaining accurate supporter records and ensuring donors and fundraisers receive a positive and engaging experience.
This is an ideal prospect for a hands-on fundraising, marketing, events, or supporter care professional looking to broaden their experience across multiple fundraising streams. You’ll be highly organised, proactive and relationship-focused, with a real willingness to roll-up your sleeves and get involved across a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of fundraising across, individual giving, appeals, digital campaigns, donor stewardship, and partnerships.
- Coordinate community and peer-to-peer fundraising, including supporter onboarding, resources, engagement, and stewardship.
- Support the delivery of appeals, campaigns, events and digital initiatives, managing timelines, suppliers, materials, and administration.
- Coordinate donor and supporter communications, including fundraising emails, thank-you processes, impact updates and supporter journeys.
- Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising data, supporting campaign tracking and regular reporting against targets.
- Deliver exceptional supporter care while identifying opportunities to improve donor experience, fundraising processes, and community engagement.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in fundraising, supporter care, marketing, events, administration, or a related not-for-profit role.
- Experience supporting fundraising campaigns, community fundraising, events, digital activity, or supporter engagement.
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills across donors, supporters, and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, donor databases, or digital fundraising platforms, with Raisely or similar highly regarded.
- A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Warm, professional, and responsive in communicating with supporters and stakeholders.
- Purpose-driven, with a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people living with endometriosis.
