We're now growing our Temporary Recruitment Division and looking for a driven, people-focused professional temporary recruitment consultant to join our team.

This role is for someone who wants ownership. You'll manage our temp desk end-to-end, develop new business, and be the heartbeat of a division that genuinely makes a difference in people's working lives.

About the Role

This is a dual-focus position combining temp desk management with proactive business development. You'll take full ownership of the Temporary Recruitment Division, building a strong candidate pool, managing ongoing placements, and ensuring clients receive a consistently exceptional level of service.

At the same time, you'll be out in the market growing our client base, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing accounts. You'll also support permanent recruitment activities as required. The role is fully home-based with regular travel around Perth Metropolitan for client visits and OHS site assessments.

What You'll Be Doing

Temp Desk Management

- Take full responsibility for the Temporary Recruitment Division throughout the working day
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of temp candidates across admin and office sectors




- Ensure Work Health and Safety regulations are followed by conducting site inspections
- Manage temp assignments from mobilisation through to completion
- Maintain regular contact with temps during their placements
- Resolve any issues promptly — for both clients and temp employees
- Drive temp placements, gross profit and divisional performance

Business Development

- Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct regular client visits and account management meetings
- Respond to client enquiries and staffing requests within one hour during business hours
- Promote 11 Recruitment's services across temp and permanent recruitment

Permanent Recruitment (as required)

- Manage end-to-end permanent assignments including advertising, sourcing and screening
- Prepare candidate submissions and coordinate interviews
- Manage offers, onboarding and post-placement follow-up

Compliance & Administration

- Maintain accurate records in JobAdder and company systems
- Ensure all temp employees are fully compliant before commencement
- Comply with all legislative requirements and company policies

What We're Looking For

- Experience in recruitment and business development




- A natural relationship builder who is confident on the phone and face to face
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Experience with sourcing candidates through Boolean searches in SEEK/LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously from a home environment
- Sound knowledge of using AI and CRM systems
- Current and valid driver's licence
