Engineering the Unfair Advantage
Engineering the unfair advantage — that’s what PWR does best.
What began as a father‑and‑sons vision has grown into a global success story. Today, PWR is Australia’s leading manufacturer of high‑performance cooling solutions, supplying the world’s most demanding industries including global motorsport, aerospace and defence.
With more than 650 employees across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, and proudly listed on the ASX, PWR continues to push boundaries through innovation, advanced manufacturing and engineering excellence. Our innovation and global impact have been recognised through a range of industry awards, including PWR being named the Winner of the 2025 Australian Export Awards – Manufacturing and Advanced Materials category.
As our business continues to grow, we’re investing in the next generation of talent through our PWR Graduate Program.
The PWR Graduate Program
Due to an additional opening in our Graduate Program, we're looking for one more graduate to join our 2026 cohort and kick-start their engineering career with PWR.
Our two‑year, full‑time Graduate Program is a structured, hands‑on development pathway designed to accelerate your technical capability, professional confidence, and understanding of a world‑class manufacturing business.
The program includes:
- 7 structured rotations (3 months each) across key areas of the business. This is a hands-on graduate program designed for those with a strong interest in manufacturing operations.
- Hands‑on involvement with real products, processes and projects
- Monthly mentoring and development sessions
- Ongoing technical, soft‑skill and leadership development
- The opportunity to transition into a permanent role before program completion if a suitable opportunity becomes available
- Networking:
You’ll be part of a small cohort of eight participants completing the program together — including a mix of graduate engineers and experienced internal PWR team members — allowing you to build strong relationships, learn from diverse perspectives, and collaborate to solve real business challenges together.
Each rotation is designed to provide meaningful learning and practical experience, giving you a strong foundation for a long‑term career at PWR.
Career Pathways
Graduates who successfully complete the program may progress into a wide range of roles across the business, including:
- Design Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Technical Services
- Quality and Operations
- Entry‑level leadership roles
- Motorsport, advanced technology, or future opportunities yet to be created
