Darwin Motor Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Kia Sales Manager to lead our Kia sales team and drive the department forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, driving performance and being accountable for results.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Kia sales department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing the Kia sales team

- Driving new vehicle sales and achieving monthly targets

- Managing daily sales activity, performance and reporting

- Coaching the team to improve skills, processes and results

- Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and CSI

- Managing enquiries, follow-up and conversion

- Working closely with other departments to deliver a smooth customer experience

- Managing stock, demonstrations and showroom presentation

- Maintaining strong relationships with Kia and key business partners

- Leading from the front and setting the standard for the team

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven, hands-on and passionate about automotive sales.





You will ideally have previous automotive sales management experience and a proven ability to lead a team and deliver results.

We are also open to considering strong automotive sales professionals who are ready to take the next step into management.

You will bring:

- Current Australian driver's licence
