We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our Tiny Trails Family ?

Tiny Trails Early Learning is not your typical Early Learning centre.

We are a small and proudly independent early learning service where childhood is seen as an adventure, play is learning and the magic of childhood comes alive every day!

Our space is designed like a home, rather than a centre, with children aged 2 to 5 years playing and learning together in a free flow environment. There are no rigid walls separating children by age - instead, our educators work together to create an environment where children can move, explore, connect and learn at their own pace.

We are looking for someone special who believes children deserve time, connection and freedom to play and learn, and who builds genuine relationships.

Someone who enjoys play, gets excited about mud, embraces the chaos of a really great day and still understands the importance of the intentional teaching behind it all ?

What you will be a part of:

You will work as part of our amazing team, collaborating with fellow educators in a shared space rather than working in an individual room.

We believe teamwork makes the dreamwork. You will be supported, your ideas will be heard and we will celebrate our strengths while working together to continually improve our practice.

You will be supported by a hands on Director and Approved Provider who genuinely knows the team,



the children and families and values the educators who choose to spend their days in the Tiny Trails House.

You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas ?, share your interests ? and bring your creativity to our program and workplace ?

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
• Has a genuine passion for working with children aged 2 to 5 years
• Loves play, curiosity, creativity and child led learning
• Builds warm and respectful relationships with children and families
• Puts child safety first in every moment
• Is a team player who understands that supporting each other makes everyone better
• Is willing to get involved, have a laugh and embrace the everyday adventures of early childhood
• Values quality, connection and creating meaningful experiences for children
• Wants to be part of a team working towards the same goals

We offer family friendly work hours, with our service operating Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm, plus a one week closure over Christmas so you can enjoy the holidays with your loved ones ?
