Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Operate the property's D6 bulldozer safely and efficiently across a range of land development projects, including stick raking, vegetation management and property improvement works on undulating and hilly grazing country.




- Undertake dam construction, dam clean-outs and associated earthmoving activities while maintaining high standards of workmanship and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specification.
- Monitor the condition and performance of machinery, identify maintenance requirements and work closely with management to prioritise and complete earthworks projects across the property as required.

Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrated experience operating dozers (specifically a D6) in rural, agricultural or earthmoving environments, with previous stick raking experience highly regarded.
- Sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify, troubleshoot and address minor machinery issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
- A self-motivated and dependable approach, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively and take ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
