STIHL Shop Payneham is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Person to join our busy team.

CASUAL & FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

This is not just a sales job! It's a busy, hands-on role where every day is different.

We specialise in STIHL outdoor power equipment, including:
Chainsaws
Blowers

Brushcutters
Lawnmowers
Battery & petrol equipment

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Serving customers and providing great customer service

- Retail sales and product advice

- Answering phones and customer enquiries

- Receiving and putting away stock

- Preparing spare parts orders

- Assembling new machines

- Booking machines into the workshop

- General shop duties and keeping the store organised

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous retail sales experience is essential

- Experience with outdoor power equipment is essential — STIHL or similar

- Positive knowledge of chainsaws, blowers, brushcutters,



lawnmowers and battery/petrol equipment

- Confident dealing with customers and making sales

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Energetic and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Someone who is happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed

- A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

HOURS:

Must be available Monday to Friday AND Saturdays 9am–1pm.

We're heading into our busiest time of the year, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running!
