We are now looking for a superstar Chef de Partie to join our experienced and friendly team in our fast paced kitchen.

About the role:

- Liaise with Head Chef & Sous Chef to supervise kitchen operations

- Supervise the production, preparation & quality of food

- Lead staff training program

- Coordinate cleanliness of the kitchen

- Conduct & review food stock control systems

- Generate & report daily production

- Deliver effective communication across teams and management

About you:

- Two years in a similar role

- Demonstrated experience working within a multifaceted high-volume venue





- Demonstrated experience supervising procedures and standards within a successful kitchen environment

- Passionate about the hospitality industry, love, live & breathe food

- Creative, natural ability to lead, inspire & motivate a team

- Have a passion for training and developing employees

- Invested in career progression

- Food Safety Supervisor certificate essential

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher

- Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster
