We are looking for an experienced Liquor Store Manager to take responsibility for an existing store. The priority is someone who can step into the position with a solid understanding of retail liquor operations and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.

- Customer service
- Stock and inventory management
- Merchandising
- Store presentation
- Ordering
- Compliance and liquor licensing requirements
- Sales performance management
- Establishing robust operating standards for the new location
About you
- At least 3 to 4 years' experience in retail liquor operations management
- Strong understanding of stock control, merchandising, ordering and retail store operations
- Previous liquor industry experience, ideally within an independently operated bottle shop
- Experience managing staff, customer service standards and store performance
- Current RSA and any WA liquor management or licensing requirements applicable to the position
- Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership of a store
