About The Role

Love pizza? Love a busy service? Want to build something iconic?

The Brisbane Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, and pizza is going to be a big part of it. We’re looking for a Head Pizza Chef to take the reins of our signature crispy pizzas and build a pizza offering Perth will know us for. This is your chance to create the product, build the team and set the standard from day one, with the support of the ARK Group behind you. You’ll be hands-on in the kitchen, leading a high-volume operation and making sure every pizza that hits the pass is bloody good.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and own The Brisbane Hotel’s signature pizza offering working closely with our group Executive Chef

- Lead, train and inspire the team

- Run a high-volume service while keeping quality, speed and consistency high

- Establish strong systems, recipes and kitchen standards

- Manage food costs, stock and waste

- Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness and WHS

- Bring energy, ideas and personality to the kitchen

About you

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Head Pizza Chef, Sous Chef

- Knowledge and understanding of Neapolitan & Roman style pizza

- A genuine obsession with great pizza

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment





- A hands-on leader who knows how to get the best out of a team

- High standards, extremely organised, attention to detail and pride in your product

- Calm under pressure, organised and ready to get stuck in

- A passion for hospitality and a great attitude
