Located near Lithgow in NSW, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Open Cut Examiner (OCE) to join our team on a 7 on 7 off roster. While the role is built around the core responsibilities of an OCE, this is an opportunity to broaden your experience well beyond the traditional boundaries of the role.

You will have the prospect to be involved in:

- Mine planning and scheduling

- Mining operations and production

- Project planning and implementation

- Coal quality and coal logistics

- Contractor and stakeholder management

- Continuous improvement and operational problem solving

- Safety, compliance and risk management

- Business and operational decision-making

This exposure means you won't be confined to one area of the operation. You'll have the opportunity to learn how the whole business works, develop commercial and operational capability, and build the skills required to progress into more senior roles.
