Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant / Content Creator to join our Sydney Team (Head Office location Wetherill Park).
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Assistant will play a hands-on role supporting the planning and delivery of social media posts, marketing, branding and communications activities across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain broad experience across digital, content and event-based marketing in a growing national organisation.
Position Description & Role Requirements
- Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across company platforms
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, presentations and digital assets
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
- Assist with maintaining and updating website content as required
- Assist with email marketing and newsletter production
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing function
Experience & Certifications
- Current Drivers Licence
- 2+ years of applicable marketing and/or content experience (is desirable)
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working towards one)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with design and content tools
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Open to obtaining a Security Licence in the future
