We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join a well-established residential building business within the Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) space.
About the role
You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their build journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong and trusted relationships with KDR customers
- Providing regular and clear updates throughout the building journey
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing customer concerns with empathy, confidence and professionalism
- Liaising with internal teams to obtain accurate updates for clients
- Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service from start to finish
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous customer experience within the Knockdown Rebuild space
- Solid knowledge of the residential building customer journey
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Confidence managing customer expectations and difficult conversations
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
