About the role

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our installation team. This is a hands-on role working across residential homes, renovations, recent builds and light commercial projects throughout Sydney. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople installing air conditioning systems while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Installing ducted, split, multi-head and VRV air conditioning systems

- Reading plans and installing systems to manufacturer specifications

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite

- Providing professional customer service on site

About you

- Minimum 3 years experience installing air conditioning systems

- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- Experience installing ducted air conditioning systems

- Ability to read plans and work independently

- Pride in producing neat, high quality installations

- Strong problem solving skills

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- Strong communication skills
