Temporary Property Managers – Perth

Residential & Commercial | $45–$66 per hour | Temporary Assignments

We are currently seeking experienced Property Managers for a range of temporary opportunities across Perth.

We work with multiple clients across residential and commercial property, with portfolios and requirements varying from assignment to assignment.

What’s Available

- Residential & Commercial Property Management roles

- Various portfolio sizes, including pod/team-based portfolios

- Assignments ranging from a few weeks through to several months

- Coverage for leave, projects, workload increases and business needs

- Hourly rates ranging from $45–$66 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

About You

We are looking for Property Managers who have:





- Previous property management experience

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- The ability to quickly adapt to different systems, portfolios and environments

- Strong knowledge of tenancy and property management processes

- A professional and proactive approach

- Current WA Property Management Registration
