NATEC Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse-Receipting & Shipping Officer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the manufacturing and shipping of world-class food processing equipment, working with suppliers and customers across Australia and internationally.

About the Role

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of inventory while supporting production, after-sales service and customer delivery requirements.

This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory control, quality inspection and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for processing inbound deliveries, preparing outbound shipments, managing inventory transactions within our ERP system and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and accuracy are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

- Receiving, inspecting and receipting inbound goods accurately and on time
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders and spare parts
- Preparing appropriate packaging solutions for high-value and specialised equipment and components
- Coordinating courier and freight bookings with transport providers
- Verifying quantities, dimensions and quality of incoming materials and components




- Processing inventory transactions within the M1 ERP system
- Storing and managing stock within warehouse bin and racking locations
- Operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Supporting stock takes and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Working closely with the After Sales, Engineering, Production and Purchasing teams to meet operational priorities

About You

You are a reliable and organised warehouse professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, receipting or dispatch role
- A current Forklift Licence (LF)
- A current Driver's Licence
- Experience using ERP, inventory management or warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Experience inspecting and verifying incoming goods against documentation




- Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Experience working with manufacturing operations, engineering components or high-value inventory will be highly regarded.
